Designer on Carbon for Cloud, a design library that supports over 60+ product teams apart of our PaaS portfolio. Design lead for Assist Me, a contextual help solution live on 11 IBM products. Successfully migrated over 90+ designers from Sketch to Figma. Won two international design awards within my role for our design library upgrades and visual enhancements. Published two articles, including "Method and System to Provide a Persona-Based Interface Derived from AI Matching." 

Led the development of online projects to aide donation gathering efforts. Revised a donation portal that has helped raise over $30,000 dollars for the business. Developed searchable databases for public data access.

Designed a new chatbot system to help individuals with disabilities find employment with a team of designers and developers. Designing user flows, personas, and prototypes driven by user research.

Designed social assets for AMC TV shows including The Walking Dead and NOS4A2. Original design reached top 5 social impressions in July 2019. Created a 15 second on-air promotion for True Terror, an online mini-series. Brainstormed social media content with the creative team.

Managed 9-person staff on new digital engagement strategy for dailyorange.com, a news publication that averages 70,000 weekly clicks. Designed and launched a brand new donation portal. Designed for a weekly Snapchat publisher story that averaged 3k weekly views.
